During my time in the Solar industry, I effectively engaged in event-based consultations with my superiors to assist in critical decision making directly pertaining to the construction of multiple solar fields in different states, as I had the most experience in my field at the time. I have worked in every weather and climate type, from the extreme heat to the freezing cold—I have operated in rain, sleet, and snow. Thoroughly competent in the use of hand and power tools while maintaining 100% compliance with risk mitigation protocol and company best practices. Able to identify potentially hazardous conditions, including hanging electrical wires, pinch points, slips, trips, falls and local wildlife, to include snakes. Torqued and marked bolts properly to show Quality Control (QC) personnel. Drilled holes at precise locations in a professional and timely manner sustaining production output. Repaired a variety of tools and materials in support of organizational objectives. Utilized critical thinking skills and experience to engineer work arounds and secure alternative pathways to adapt to obstacles encountered during construction.
