I work in the back of house in the kitchen. I work with many different people of all ages, race and ethnicity to help run a busy kitchen. I am able to communicate and take command when staff is stretched thin. I would at times have to switch to up front to help with the work load also giving me experience in the front of house. I am able to go from school, to sports, and straight to work reliably. I cook, carry fry and other food boxes to and from the freezer to stock inventory. I clean and wipe down all of the surfaces. I washed dishes and know how to safely prep food. I was soon asked to be a team trainer and help develop new employees.

Additional Information
