IS Manager/Lead MSP Dev. Analyst
Mechtria Solutions was a startup company which I was brought into by two owners to turn it into an IT Managed Service Provider. With both owners still running each of their companies respectively, I was in 100% control of all operations, onboarding, financial budgeting, asset management, and client relations. I partnered with Microsoft, Bitdefender, Ingram Micro, and Datto among others, and within my first 2 months, I was able to get off the ground gathering 2 clients which allowed us to hit the Microsoft and Bitdefender partner quotas. Before hiring a junior helpdesk specialist, I managed all clients, tickets, purchasing, receiving, invoices, billing, and sales. Not having any sales background, I was able to bring in 4 clients total within the first year and generate revenue from Support, SaaS, and Hardware sales. Unfortunately, this ended when I decided to leave due to the unfair treatment of workload to share ratio and refusal to build up the sales side.

Systems Analyst
Before being laid off due to COVID, I worked as a level 2 and level 3 help desk support specialist with systems analyst roles involved.
