Established and currently operate a consulting firm with clients spanning across 5 states, providing expertise and advisement on political and public affairs, regulatory and legislative affairs, healthcare lobbying, food services, uranium, oil and gas, wind energy, government, human resource training and management, and energy related issues.

Negotiated a $215M industrial revenue bond for a 102 MW wind farm in Cibola County, New Mexico, with a payment in lieu of tax (PILT) of $625K annually to the county and school district.

Contract lobbyist, acquiring over $1M for Cibola County capital outlay from June 2010 to August 2015.

Strategically planned and secured $11.3M financial package from USDARD for the replacement of 17 miles of water lines within the city of Jal while serving as City Manager from January 2014 to January 2018.

Increased cash reserve of $16M, investing it into equitable growth accounts over 8 years, resulting in a reserve of 50% of annual operating budget.

Oversaw $100M in infrastructure improvements with only $1M in bond debt.
