• Sold, designed, implemented, trained, and supported over 3000 Corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems throughout the United States. Customers included: UNUM Provident, Pilot Service Centers, SSC Service Solutions, TeamHealth, Dollywood, First Tennessee Bank, and several Chambers of Commerce.

• Prepared and oversaw projects for implementing software, installation, training, and on-going support for projects ranging from 25 users to 1770 users. These projects begin with on-site meetings and developing customer needs, projecting costs, and time frame, then matching their schedule to mine, providing technical support, and closing the deal.

• Designed and prepared six different training classes including all training material and developed certifications. Provided on-site monthly training at client’s location as well as providing training classes and mixed classes with different companies attending a common class. Have designed and implemented Web training classes given in two-hour sessions, and depending upon the subject, could be as few as two classes or up to eight classes. Web classes were held for up to 100 students at one time; some were all the same company while others were mixed clients.
