Sincere & diligent professional offering over 5 Years as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Extensive experience in operation and maintenance of plant & execution of same with proficiency in managing operations & maintenance functions. Scope of Work (Assistant Manager- Mechanical)

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Material Handling System of Aluminium Recycling Plant.

Belt conveyor, Reciprocating Vibrating Screen, Gearbox, Bearings and Pre shredder and Hammer mill maintenance and inspection.

Oversee cold sorting operations and ensure production targets while supervising sorters in the plant and shift for cold sorting.

Coordinate for manpower availability as well as machine availability in respective regions/shift depending upon the planned production.

Responsible for quantity, quality and timelines of sorting to ensure adherence to cost, time and mix targets.

Supervise the sorters, their safety and productivity.

Ensure uptime and smooth operations for all machines in the cold refining operations.

Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance of machines.

EOT crane, Belt conveyor, Reciprocating Vibrating Screen, Gearbox, Bearings and Counter flow type heat exchanger maintenance and inspection.

Looking after Hydraulic system maintenance such as Power Pack, DC Valve and Pumps etc.

Scope of Work (Mechanical Maintenance Engineer)

Carrying out routine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, replacing worn parts)

Maintenance of Pan Mixer, Cage mill, Pneumatics system etc.

Mobilize resources for day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities.

Experience in visual inspection of welding of Structure and Chemical vessel.

Periodic spot check for quality and overall dimensional check.

Examine/ inspect field condition identify problems, inaccuracies and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered, Take corrective actions as needed.

Attend mechanical defects highly priority basis on Production requirement.

Coordinate and ensure LOTO during the isolation of equipment for maintenance as per approved Permit to work procedure. Normalize the equipment after cancellation when instructed to do so.

Prepare audit related documents for manager

Collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting

Carryout preservation activities as per schedule

Facilitate and support minor projects activities

Maintain integrity of maintenance SAP-PM, analysis and costs - by timely and correct data entries and validations

Ensure Shutdown jobs execution as per schedule.

Reporting to the Unit management and HO concern team about the spare inventory.

Carrying out modification as per requirement.
