JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to control quality related activities of alh areas and subcontractors engaged at work location.

To ensure that all instruments which are using at site having valid calibration.

To ensure the inspections are carried out at appropriate stages.

To generate inspection reports for day to day works.

To maintain all relevant records.

Participate in on-site coordination meetings with Engineer and Sub Contractors.

Coordinate and resolve design issues with engineering team.

Ensure that materials which are delivered to site are adequately identified, and safely handled and stored to prevent loss, damage, or injury.

Ensure that measuring and testing equipment required for the work area is properly identified calibrated, adjusted and level.

Conduct in-coming, in-process and final inspection and testing for site activities as per Approved Inspection and Test Plans.

Monitor inspection activities and ensure specification compliance.

Ensuring the proper Cement consumption as per Concrete Design Mix.

Monitoring consumption for water proofing materials as per specification requirements.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and Management aspects of projects.

Safety precautions in site conditions.

Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.

Inspection of Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.

Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.

Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
