This company has rebranded over the years and since I was one of the first employees my responsibilities evolved also. I started out in Customer Services only dealing with calls (inbound and outbound), then I became a team lead where I was training employees while dealing with customers face to face, over phone, and email. I had to reconcile accounts, used strong data entry skills along with problem solving while dealing with some irate customers. From there I went to Human Resources where our employees became my customers. I was now updating internal accounts, helping our employees with our policies, benefits and other internal issues that may arise. I ended in payroll where I was auditing dates and times on timesheets, taxes, processing payments, disbursements, and updating internal accounts.

2008-2010

Convergys (ATT Account) Customer Service Rep

Here I dealt with a high volume of incoming calls for ATT’s business clientele who may have one cell phone line or up to 50 lines. I would troubleshoot the different devices according to client needs. Update, multiple fields in different account systems while handling sometimes irate customers. I processed payments, educated customers, and researched in cases where a solution was not readily available. Multitasking was an absolute must.
