I worked front desk and greeted and checked in guests, they were short staffed cuz it was still covid and things weren't quite back to normal. So I also filled in on the banquet rooms and there restaurant had just reopened so I did that until my mother. Got to sick and I needed to take care of her full time. Waitress

I worked graveyards as a waitress pre covid and hosted also greeted guest and because I was there alone late night there was a wide array. Of customers that I had to accommodate and when there were problems there was no one but me too problem solving so I had to adapt to different people and situations and multitasking became a necessary skill to have and then once we opened back up after covid is where I had to really build business back if I wanted my shift to exist so I became pretty good at up selling and that's whet my salesmanship really had to show out .
