●As head of the R&D team, delivered the first version of OTT Streaming SaaS platform, which served over 50 customers(streaming service providers) all over the world and over 10 million registered end users.

●Provided cost-efficient online services both in streaming(live&VOD) and video meta information(meta index and subtitle), the gross cost is only about 1/5-1/10 of the rivals.

●The world 1st semantic-based multilingual subtitle auto-syncing/generating/translating system, served in Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The output subtitles of this project is far more accurate and effective than traditional process and it caused several subtitle groups lost their jobs(or we can say moved to higher level jobs).

●Lead the SmartStar project, which is a big data service platform for trademark entities in the field of intellectual property. The main purpose of the project was to find similarity of a image in thousands of registered trade marks. Image transformation/rotation/stretching/flipping are all factors to consider, which made the project extremely hard and impractical.

●The project shut down in 2020, because of financial issues and technical bottleneck. For all this, the team accumulated valuable experience in CV industry.

●Lead and designed the enormous”follow”system, which is a graph data structure and connected 4 billion registered users(over 10 billion connections between users);

1.2022, multi-lingual subtitle system. It combines LLM/STT/AI services from vendors and self designed algorithms to calibrate/transcribe/translate subtitles for certain usages in different regions of the world.

2.2020, online entertainment Meta info system. A global Meta info(meta for movies/episodes/self-made videos) service provider.

3.2016, online stage performer&audience 'follow' system. Used No-SQL design to full-fill cross ‘follow’ connects among 4 billion registered users.

4.2014, online stage gifts system and titles of nobility system. These two systems made revenue over 10 million US$ in one day(peak value) in 2016.
