●As my first time bartending for a Restaurant/Event Hall, I got the privilege to learn how to make classic cocktails and create specialty cocktails. This expanded my knowledge to easily combine flavors that complement each other.
●I continued my experiences withcustomer service, serving, inventory, and cash handling, holiday events and more.
●I was able to bartend my first event 1 month after starting. Since then, I have bartended for baby showers, wedding receptions, birthday parties, company parties etc.
●My favorite part about retaining this skill is working the pop up markets, yard parties and wine and food events. This helped improve my social skills and be more comfortable with serving a bigger crowd.

●I’ve hosted 3 Taste of Orlando events, did photography for advertisement, and worked tents where I advertised the company and was able to converse well with others about the company while gaining connections.
●In January 2021, I got promoted to the position of General Manager. This position was a tremendous experience for me. I learned how to make schedules, read profit and losses, conduct interviews, exchange business with third party vendors, while maintaining labor and the cost of goods.
