Consumer Lending Loan Origination Solution (LOS) Program: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, business partners and senior leadership in the execution and management of the Consumer Lending Loan Origination Solution (LOS) Program to improve end-to-end Consumer Lending Origination's platform and process, modernizing the origination's platform and shifting to a proactive, automated, digital-based model using Scaled Agile project management methodology.

●Facilitates weekly work-stream deep dives and collaborates with business partners, operations, and project managers to review and provide insight into LOS Program work efforts, review deliverables, timeline, RAID log, address challenges/impediments, and provide guidance on project management best practices intended to accomplish goals and objectives of LOS program.

●Creates Playbook to promote standardization, consistency, efficiency, and overall best practice in consumer lending project management that aligns to Bank PMO guidance and standards. The playbook defines the consumer lending project management framework that include ways project teams should think about, plan, execute, monitor, and complete consumer lending projects.

●Regulatory Relations Reporting Tool Enhancement: Collaborated with Bank PMO Portfolio Reporting team to automate manually produced Bank PMO Portfolio Executive dashboard, and External Validation reports to address reporting gaps and improve executive reporting using data from the Regulatory Relations Tool (SalesForce) as a single system of record to provide consistent reporting across teams using Scaled Agile project management methodology.

●Participates in requirements gathering testing, training, and provided weekly and monthly project status updates to Strategic Execution leadership, business partners and Regulatory Relations team.
