experienced in new construction, rehab, site work, demolition, residential, commercial and retail. From obtaining permits to punch out.

I have strong people skills; to develop a cooperative work environment and an understanding of the task at hand. Working with state, county, municipal agencies; including the corp of engineers, political representatives and neighbors. Focusing with due diligence on a smooth flow of various tasks to completion.

I’m looking for an organization that understands the variables that impact after the contract is signed and field work begins with budget and time factors dictating. For me every project is a challenge; a challenge I find very rewarding when completed.
