Always maintain order and decorum, answer residents’ questions, and directed visitors to the appropriate location when asked to do so. Secure both residents’ and visitor vehicles safely and securely during their visit to friends and family members. Report all unusual activities to the resident manager for quick action. Assist residents with their groceries when needed to make sure their items are delivered to the appropriate residence.

Promoted to the position of dock master responsible for overseeing all commercial contractors entering and exiting the building. Render assistance to all contractors as needed. Issue a batch to all contractors entering the facility to perform work at the facility. I make sure they are permitted to perform work in the building. Contact residents to make sure they requested the contractors work in their residences. All residents are responsible for scheduling the contractors’ presence in their apartment a week or two ago and request to the resident manager. If at any time a contractor shows up without a schedule, the resident must approve the contractor’s entrance into the building otherwise, the contractor will be turned away. Check all work sites to make sure no damage has been done to the work site. During the peak of COVID-19, all contractors including staff and residents were encouraged to wear masks in all areas of the building to avoid the spread of the disease. No family member, contractor, or visitor is allowed in the building without proper approval from the building management.
