TRANSPORTATON EXPERIENCE

Research, audit and process unanticipated/additional charges according to our customer and vendor requirements or within timeline goals of the department Relentlessly pursue proper supporting documentation from vendors to be able to invoice customers and pay vendors.

Calculate and communicate accurate charges to customers along with the appropriate documentation to ensure prompt payment.

Notify the customer and request customer approvals of additional charges within the customers’ timeframe parameters

Supervision and management of approximately 30 tractor-trailer owner/operators. Responsibilities to include: scheduling of pick up and or delivery appointments, coordinating and networking with out of state offices in order to ensure “back-haul” opportunities.

Supervise and investigate any customer service related issues. Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: established pick up and/or delivery appointments, railroad owned and controlled equipment discrepancies, product quality issues relating to logistics, invoice inquiries.

Inventory, track, and manage all railroad owned and controlled equipment in order to control, reduce, or eliminate any associated costs incurred by employer, customers, or third party agents.

Perform large volume document scanning utilizing a PC workstation with attached scanner using production scanning software.
