When I began at General RV Center, I worked as a receptionist through my first two years. When I returned to General RV Center in 2013, I started as a receptionist, while also working with off site promotions, managed the rental department, then moving into the role of Lead Delivery coordinator. From there, I was promoted to Delivery Process Manager where I oversee all deliveries of new recreational vehicles that are purchased.
Delta Airlines, North Canton - Ticket agent
September 2013 - October 2015
While working for Delta Airlines, my roles included checking in customers for their upcoming flight, while using various systems to check in persons, their luggage etc. Also there, I would board the customers onto the aircraft, as well as work in their Baggage Claim using various systems to locate any lost luggage and coordinate getting the customers belongings back to them.
EDUCATION
GlenOak High School, Canton
Completed 4 years to receive my high school diploma. While in High school, I was apart of the Marching/Concert Band which included me being Feature Twirler for the Marching band. As well being apart of my high school dancing program.
SKILLS
Customer service skills for the past 10 years.
Previous lead position experience.
Knowledge of General RV Centers’ processes.
Currently taking steps in this direction as Lead Delivery Coordinator, filling in the Delivery Managers duties in their absence.
Experience in documentation, spreadsheets, and recording necessary information.
