5/2015- Present Wal-Mart Pharmacy Stores # 0075 & 4295 318-***-**** I have worked part time from May 2015 until January 2017, at the stores on Coliseum Blvd in Alexandria and Monroe Hwy in Pineville. I transferred to full time in January 2017. This was my second job for a year and a half. My duties as a pharmacy technician include: customer service, ordering, filling prescriptions, multi-tasking phone and fax machine, verifying prescriptions with doctors offices, returning out of date drugs, cash register, monthly checking shelves for expired drugs, assisting pharmacists when asked, being a liaison between the cashiers and pharmacists, making judgement calls when needed, priortizing tasks to fit the work flow, and various other customer service related assignments.

3/2012- 12/2016 Magnolia Pharmacy 318-***-****

I worked here for almost 4 years, as a pharmacy technician. Magnolia Pharmacy is a long term care pharmacy that serves nursing homes all over the state of Louisiana. My responsibilities here included filling prescriptions, multi-tasking phone and fax machine, returning out of date drugs, daily logging the refrigerator temps, quarterly checking shelves for expired drugs, weekly monitoring of shipping log manifests from the courier service, assisting pharmacists when asked, making judgement calls when needed, priortizing tasks to fit the work flow, and other tasks as assigned. 6/2009- 3/2012 Wal-Mart Pharmacy # 0075 318-***-**** I started as a cashier in the pharmacy and was given the opportunitity to train to be a pharmacy technician. The head pharmacist saw my work ehic and offered me the promotion. I attained my liscense from the Lousiana Bord of Phamacy in 2012. While I was a cashier, my main tasks were customer service, checking over the counter expired drugs, and setting shelf modulars. 2008 Regional Medical Rental & Sales 318-***-**** Regional Medical is a Durable Medical Equipment company with offices all over the state. I worked in the central billing and collections office. I was trained in both, but the main part of my experience there was in the collections side. My main tasks there were monthly reviewing patient's files, making sure we were getting paid correctly by the insurance companies, gathering documentation and submitting corrected claims to the insurance companies, and keeping in touch with our patients, making adjustments as needed to their files.

I worked as a office assistant. My main responsibilities were answering the phone, greeting and directing the patrons, faxing, filing, inputting purchase orders, researching public meeting minutes as needed for upcomming public noices, and other general clerical tasks. Education:

2005-2007 Louisiana State University at Alexandria My major was Nursing. I was accepted into clinicals then decided that this was the wrong career path for me. My GPA was 3.2 when I decided to forgo the nursing degree and join the work force. 2000 Oasis of Love Christian Academy

I graduated second in my class. I was awarded the Good Samaratin Award for my willingness to help others. I tutored fifth and sixth graders to pay my own tuition. Liscenses:
