RESEARCH
Understanding what came before in relation to the now is critical to moving forward in the future. I developed research skills though the last 6 years of academia, and more recently at a professional level, in the private and public sectors.
ANALYSIS
Academic papers and policies can be daunting in their size and structure. I have experience analyzing and effectively summarizing documents in an easy to understand ways for lay people in both academic and professional settings.
UNDERSTANDING
With any business business operations, analysis and research of policies and best practices can be daunting. I am constantly striving to better understand an organizations purpose and processes to better help myself, those around me and the organization at large.
DESIGN
I believe by combining my research and analysis experience with my understanding of current management techniques, I can be effective in designing meaningful and effective policies.
IMPLEMENTATION
I have gained the experience through professional situations dealing with government agencies, trade groups and the public at large to feel comfortable bringing their input together to pass and enact policies.
