Work History

Network Operations Engineer Online Banking Solutions

May 2016 – January 2017 Atlanta, GA

Online Banking Solutions is a pioneer in providing hosting solutions and mobile banking applications for banks

and credit unions. As a member of the networking team, I helped manage our XenServer private cloud infrastructure, as well as set up and configure server blades as virtual machine hosts for multiple environments including development, quality control, and production. I am familiar with configuring both CISCO and Juniper switches and routers.

Cloud Engineer Definition 6

February 2013 – June 2016 Atlanta, GA

Definition 6 is a fast-paced digital marketing agency requiring great flexibility and adaptability from its associates. Among my chief responsibilities was overseeing our multi-client live production web servers in our Amazon Web Services environment. I also tackled unique hardware and software requests, such as receiving a new and unfamiliar piece of equipment with proprietary software and figuring out how to not only use it for its intended purpose, but operate outside the box. As a consultant, I helped clients determine the solutions that would best fit their needs, such as recommending appropriate hardware and software configurations. I migrated in-house development and pre-production websites to live client production servers, both internal and external, to ensure the smoothest deployment for client websites. These situations enabled me to become fluent in the administration of Windows and Linux servers.

Senior Technical Illustrator CDO Technologies

February 2009 – July 2012 Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA

The illustrator team reviewed and edited data in information systems including text and images gathered through digital means, as well as prepared all types of graphics for Air Force Technical Manuals. The nature of the work

that we performed required that we be extremely detail-oriented and meet aggressive production schedules.

I supervised and mentored other illustrators and interacted with engineers, technical writers, subject matter experts and customers to create technical manuals.

IT Support Northrop Grumman

October 2007 – February 2009 Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA

Utilizing my knowledge of configuration management software and operating systems, I resolved user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operations. I installed software and performed hardware testing. I created and managed user accounts for the Contenta database system. My communication skills were highly rated on my performance reviews.
