DSMT: - Reference Data Hub is a master data management Project using EBX5 and Business process management (BPM) to create a workflow management tool. Master data is stored in oracle table using EBX5 and any change in data has to go through an approval process, this approval process is designed and implemented using BPM. Various workflows are implemented to maintain different data standards. Based on the process it would follow a specific approval process and the users will take the decision, usually as Approved or Rejected or Send for Rework. Notifications are sent to users at specific intervals and when the work items are at specific activity. The approval user groups are maintained in EBX5 and are retrieved by BPM suing JMS messaging services. BPM uses Workflow Management (WM) tool as a basic framework and all the standards are maintained as per WM.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the design and implementation of “Workflow Management” tool which will be used to integrate between business process management and Master data management (EBX).

Optimizing and improving the performance of the tool by avoiding granulizing the processes and other best practices

Building a customizable Notification services to send notification at appropriate time to the stake holders in the workflow management tool

Responsible for modelling the EBX5 data standards to maintain the Master Data

Responsible for the complete delivery of the project on team’s behalf.

MSC Malaysia SCORE+ Program:- The MSC Malaysia Annual Survey (SCORE+) has been developed to meet the Government’s instruction to submit industry data on a yearly basis. There are mainly two types information captured in SCORE+, first the general information about the company and then a set of 76 questions to be answered by the company and each answer is subjected to a particular score. Each and every MSC status company will be rated by the Government based on the Score rating and it helps MDeC and Government to easily get an overall graphical view of the MSC Malaysia status Companies
