Duties and Responsibilities
Part of the team created a User Guide manual for the new life cycle process of the company, using the following software: MIS/CRM, PEM (Primavera web based), SEM & SAP.
Created a standard template of activities with cost for Project Management Support Group using Primavera.
Studied the Company Project Life Cycle.
Learned the use of software/system (MIS, PEM, P6, SAP and SEM) used by the company.
Monitored the Purchase Requisition of the Materials and Services use in the project site.
Review, evaluate and approve the Purchase Requisition for Project Services.
Create a standard procedure for Quality Control Project Close Out Process.
Monitor all the necessary document used in the following phases (Proposal Preparation, Pre-Execution Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Project Closure) of the Project.
Prepares cost estimation for manpower resource based on the schedule generated in Primavera.
Creation of standard designation/titles of all the manpower resources.
Develops and implements plan vs actual progress charts. Reports and analyzes deviations from plan.

Prepares estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
Prepares and updates monthly cost for manpower and equipment schedule that reflect the priority activities.
Develops and implements plan vs actual progress charts. Reports and analyzes deviations from plan.

Duties and Responsibilities
Review of vendor specific preservation procedures and requirements of all equipment and ensure implementation.
Review/prepare preservation maintenance checklist to be applied during commissioning phase and ensure preservation/maintenance routines are performed during commissioning phase.
Inspect the integrity of preservation of equipment upon arrival.
Engage with the engineering team to ensure preservation requirements are clearly identified.
Ensure preservation activities are adequately estimated and allowed for within the project integrated plans.
Manage and control use, storage and safe disposal of preservation chemicals and materials.
Schedule and conducts preservation audits.
Supervise the preservation activities of all equipment, instrumentation, machinery and vital materials that are received for construction during life of project and also for insurance and operating spares for start-up and turnover to owner.
Develop a preservation plan for all incoming equipment and materials requiring preservation, including operating and commissioning spares.
Conduct actual progress monitoring at Project Site.
Check and monitoring the tagging of the equipment.
