Action Performance, Inc. (Nascar Collectibles) - Utilized systems framework developed for previous joint venture with TheKnot.com. Planned and executed Fast Track Project for processing phone orders and orders placed on new QVC hosted website. Reduced order processing time 40%.
Concept Store - Supported opening and operation of Mall of America prototype store targeted at attracting new QVC members. Furnished customers with access to kiosks and laptops.
