Title: LOW POWER ARITHMETIC AND LOGICAL UNIT USING FINFET TECHNOLOGY

Description:

ALU is a circuit that performs arithmetic and logical operations. The conventional CMOS ALU consumes more power which is a major disadvantage. But the ALU designed using FINFET reduces the power compared to CMOS technology.
