I graduated High School in the year of 2011. After school I started out as a crew member at Mcdonald's. I decided to stay with the company and grow from the time I was 16 until current. I have taken all of the classes that Mconald's offer from introduction to management all the way up to HU in Chicago. I am Serve Safe certified. My job responsibilities consist of serving nothing but 100% great customer service, hiring, working with my team putting a training plan in place and make sure every month it is executed, doing weekly inventory counts, handling complaints in a fast and timely manner, scheduling, following up and most importantly building/growing sales and customer counts.
