Undertook a role of the Systems QA Analyst IV in the Digital Content division containing more than 50 testers.
Defined QA process, QA strategy for projects; generated test plans, metrics, test cases and traceability to the business requirements.
Made recommendations to improve product quality, usability, and reliability. Reviewed existing test documentation to uncover weaknesses in the test coverage.
