Developed, integrated and baselined tiered master plans & schedules for Aerospace and Defense, Information Technology, Research and Development for The Boeing Company.

Led cross-functional teams to analyze and understand the operational impacts and opportunities of Schedule and Cost changes. Defined the scope and goal of new projects, including re-baseline efforts. Identified process boundaries and determined opportunities to automate processes and functions between desktop scheduling and enterprise systems. Drafted financial and resource planning reports using optimization software such as MS Project, Milestone Professional and Cost, Schedule Performance Reporting Enterprise System (CSPR -Open Plan Professional and Cobra Modules).
