Developed, integrated and baselined tiered master plans & schedules for Aerospace and Defense, Information Technology, Research and Development for The Boeing Company.

Led cross-functional teams to analyze and understand the operational impacts and opportunities of Schedule and Cost changes. Defined the scope and goal of new projects, including re-baseline efforts. Identified process boundaries and determined opportunities to automate processes and functions between desktop scheduling and enterprise systems.
