Fulfillment Sr. Manager of Business Technologies

Managing global professionals responsible for the program development for Dell Technology’s TMS - Oracle’s Transportation Management (OTM) and EMC’s SAP based (Seko), with respect to Global Operations and Global Program Management.

Global Operations:

Leading the on-boarding of manufacturing, 3rd party fulfillment sites and carriers onto OTM ~ $35M IT spend

oCoordinating with IT for sizings, funding requests and schedule to balance adherence and prioritization

oWorked with consultants to map out operational process flows and sequencing of sites based upon volumes/projected savings

Managed the day to day operations within production control: tasks included prioritizing daily work content, ensuring CE metrics were maintained, worked with cross functional team for communicating capacity for peak periods, participated in core teams for retail centric projects, worked compliance violations with Operations, and tracking of Aged Inventory

Management of material ordering through planners and schedulers, owning the Customer Experience team and providing commits for order fulfillment.

Weekend/First Shift PC Manager:

Supervised the planner/schedulers, expeditors and control room personnel for managing customer order fulfillment

Analyze daily commits for order fulfillment, worked to produce weekly look-a-heads and analyze capacity constraints for scheduling production
