All new design has been created into an organized library of parts, fully functioning assemblies in Solidworks. Create weldments, machined parts (aluminum, sstl, plastic) and assemblies. Sole Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for all documentation from modeling individual parts to detailing using GD&T to building sub and large assemblies driving bills of materials with no supervision. Selection of various purchased components. Collaborate with controls and electrical engineers. Use existing 2d and 3d documentation to create change tooling for existing machines in the field. Create fully rendered models and animations using Photoworks for literature as featured on the website. (Solidworks & Autocad)

Custom design of elevator cab shells, cab interior walls, ceilings, railings, operator panels, cab doors, entrance doors and entrance frames.
