Accountable for managing production, operation & maintenance, quality assurance across 105m *2 Sinter Plant, RMHS & CHP including Reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.

Instrumental in routine inspection and preventive maintenance of ID fan, Mixing Drum, Weigh feeders & Conveyors etc, streamlining the service systems and develop new systems for enhancing efficiency.

Deftly meeting daily production target with quality conscious, norm study of production process & efficiency in calculation

Involved in man power & material Planning required as per production plan and shift wise process planning & Job loading man and machine wise with time specification

Instrumental in carrying out pre-start up safety reviews, preparing pre-commissioning and commissioning check-lists, plans and procedures.
