•Responsibilities & Accomplishments

1) Team Lead.

2) Lead the creation of the Special Operations Cell within DTRA, which involved the frequent briefing and advising to the 2-3-star executive staff and Director.

3) Devised and implemented the Risk management plan and user interface for the newly created Joint Mission Assurance Assessments.

4) Devised and implemented the threat intelligence fusion process into the Mission Assurance program.

5) Devised and implemented the asymmetric threat/irregular warfare process into the mission assurance program.

Naval Special Warfare (NSW) SEAL Mentor & Motivator, Program Manager 2012 - 2014

Team leader/Program Manager/Supervisor for the Naval Recruiting District Richmond’s SEAL recruiting program.

•Responsibilities & Accomplishments

1) Team Lead.

2) Implementation of a new recruiting program and new practices to select, train and recruit our nation’s future SEAL operators.

3) Responsible for all high risk physical training evolutions.

4) Responsible and oversight for SEAL recruit training and final selection. 5) Oversaw all leadership responsibilities for SEAL Recruiting Program for Naval Recruiting District Richmond and overall responsible for both the quality, and numbers, of SEAL recruits into the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) SEAL training pipeline.

Nationally recognized as the best program in the country 2012-2014.

NSWDG (Development Group) Squadron Assaulter / Team Leader 2008 – 2012

Special Mission Unit (SMU) Leadership qualities, Highly Technical expertise and innovative practices are a requirement. Direct reporting to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS).

•Responsibilities & Accomplishments

1) Two time JSOC Team Leader in Afghanistan and Africa. Leading multipurpose/multifunctional teams in complex environments conducting high level sensitive missions for the National Mission Force.

2) Team Lead INTEL; responsible for all aspects of INTEL fusion.

3) TEAM Lead Joint Terminal Air Controller (JTAC), responsible for the preparation, coordination and readiness for all Squadron personnel (50+) in high risk close air support training for the squadron.

4) Team Lead in interagency (CIA, FBI, USASOC, Embassy) synchronization in Khowst province Afghanistan, conducting high level sensitive missions.

5) Team Lead in interagency (CIA, Embassy, Foreign nationals, other JSOC components) synchronization in Eastern Africa, conducting high level sensitive missions.

NSW Training Command Special Operations Urban Combat Team leader 2006 - 2008

Leading supervisor and overall responsible for the realistic and highly complex training regime for U.S Navy SEALs Special Operations Urban Combat training.

•Responsibilities & Accomplishments

1) Team Leader.

2) Responsible for an instructor staff of 10 highly skilled SOF operators, multiple civilian, GS workers and Joint military service components to accomplish high risk and highly technical training for Naval Special Warfare Training Command.

3) Responsible for all planning, training and led over 500 SEAL operators in high risk urban combat training scenarios.

4) Planned, developed and implemented highly complex training programs and operating procedures for the most highly skilled SOF operators to help ensure success on the battlefield.

Lead and integrated new and highly technical battlefield procedures into curriculum training plan.

SEAL Team 8 Team Leader 2004 – 2006

SEAL platoon Team Leader in charge of all actions and directions of 16 SEAL operators and support personnel in the United States and in overseas duty.

2) Appointed Team Lead of the first Joint Planning and Advisory Team to Central Africa.

3) Responsible for interagency synchronization (Embassy, Foreign Nationals, CIA & Marine Special Operations Command).

5) Lead, planned and implemented the evacuation, security upgrade, and protection plan of U.S Embassy personnel in Central Africa under complex and threatening conditions.
