Gregory W. Brown
Experienced Software Engineer professional with a proven track record of the creation of several devices, developing new skills & responsibilities on-site and enterprise-level technical accomplishments with highly successful results.
I have a strong and progressing history of accomplished work in Big Data Analysis that has lead to engineering ETL Architecture at Enterprise-level for a Fortune 500 Company. This includes making major repairs in two separate databases to build a structure to
transfer specific data between them (Oracle & Teradata). In other major enterprises, I've been deeply involved in the software and hardware engineering design for major devices. Such as the world's first outdoor slot machines for Caesars Entertainment or B.Braun's Apex Medical Compounder.
In Software languages, I have working experience with Java, SQL, Python and training C#. Python's Numpy, Pandas, Beautiful Soup and other Anaconda applications for Data Analysis.
In Machine Learning, more than adept with SciKit Learn to immediately predict business outcomes with Linear Line Regression.
Prior involvement with site building tools, such as HTML, CSS & jQuery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with managing personal and team workload in a fast paced environment.
Able to learn new technical skills and tools to align with business needs.

Within the span of my career as a tech since early 2012, I've been a part of the network
installation, SDS set-up, physical carrying, instructor training and mechanical set-up and
refurbishing for over 3000+ machines to set-up two separate properties in such a short
amount of time. Long 16-hour shifts without a day off for 89 days wasn't an issue for the
commitment I am willing to give.
I've achieved both Spotlight On Service and achieved an Employee of the Month status for
holding up my Supervisor's position for three months in his absence during a personal medical
leave. During that time, I lead my shift's crew through the first major ECO update they've ever
experienced. Both of these are on my 2013 Employee record.
During these projects, I've focused on making our technicians experienced and calm under
pressure by giving them confidence with knowledge. I've trained them with the questions
they'd be asked on a Slot Tech Level 3 exam. I've trained 25+ technicians with these
techniques with great results.
In the absence of our SDS Administrator, I've learned to take care of issues to lighten his load:
Such as a daily recording of AllDat, solving Exception issues & handling thorough Integrity
Checks and Audits.
Was an integral player in the engineering of the outdoor slot machines' construction and
HVAC systems that were applied to our property. As well as the maintenance necessary for
such a unique situation.
