● Ensure proper billing for equipment rentals and services provided through ServiceNow

● Set up and take down sound system, ensuring safety in cabling PA system

● Perform line and sound check, as well as functionality test pre- and post-show

● Manage wireless lapel microphones on singers; ensure sound quality and artistic delivery
