o Project Manager- CP Rail Calgary, AB: Served in the capacity of SME for the SuccessFactors Talent Management solution for Canadian Pacific, resulting in reducing time to hire process by 4-5 weeks/ new hire. o Project Manager- Trinseo Berwyn, PA: The project involved audit of payroll system and existing processes (SAP, WD outsourcing to Safeguard), testing, and providing Controls recommendations, which led to process and performance improvement and subsequent technology enhancements. Led implementation of Overpayment Recovery and Claims Adjustment Process so year-end W2s were not affected.
