My responsibilities include delivering for a single customer, Microsoft, as an onsite resource. As the onsite vendor for Microsoft I work closely with the customer developing, documenting, and managing the deployment of their wireless projects throughout the Puget Sound and worldwide. This also includes managing the quality of delivery, coordinating response to urgent and complex customer requests, and identifying and developing growth opportunities.

As the onsite vendor I spend my time at the MS offices in Redmond daily. I use this time to nurture the customer/vendor relationship. This is achieved by attending and scheduling weekly meetings, organizing monthly lunch and learn sessions, and also coordinating the quarterly operations review. Business Analyst/Project Manager August 2015 – February 2016

Contracted Business analyst responsibilities include developing and documenting data flows, process diagrams/maps, illustrative charts, installation manuals, etc. as required. I assist and provide guidance to others in determining best solutions for assigned projects and otherwise. Review and create and QA documentation for multiple projects. Highlights include being the lead business analyst for the handheld point of sale project.

Project Manager deploying to Wendy’s franchise locations to convert their restaurants from a dual NIC configuration to a single NIC solution. Project responsibilities include managing resources, serve as the primary point of contact for technicians, and direct field engineers on their day to day tasks. This includes scheduling, document preparation and delivery, as well as engineering support.

TREXTEL, ATLANTA, GA

Technical Project Manager December 2011 – March 2015

Project Manager deploying multi-technology solutions to retail with site counts of 100 sites or more throughout North America. Projects highlights:

Greenway Health- Project Manager/Coordinator for the installation, test, and turn-up of Greenway’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Patient Management Systems. Coordinated with Medical Practices and Hospitals for the entire project which included Server and Workstation installation, Network connectivity, VPN test and turn, and overall system performance. Coordinated each site between four separate Project Managers. Markets were small to medium physician offices and hospitals.

Fresenius Medical Corporation- Installation, test and turn-up of a 70+ camera and DVR System for a 200,000 sF factory in Reynoso, Mexico. Served as both Project Manager and on-site Engineering lead for a team of 7 Field Engineers. Project was completed early and yielded a GP of 55%.

Einstein Noah Group- Aloha POS upgrade for 455 locations that included terminal upgrade, back office Server upgrade and configuration, and test and turn-up. Deployment was completed two weeks early and 7% under budget while achieving a gross profit for the company of 48%.

Einstein Noah Group- Led a project of major renovations to new stores. This included a complete re-wiring cabling of the store, installation of new POS and KDS systems, as well as construction work to the counters and kitchen area. Led this infrastructure project with a 100% success rate and completed a week ahead of schedule while staying 5% under budget. This also includes returns to stores to handle envision repair tickets, and follow up labor to new and existing stores.

Regus- Installation, test, and turn-up of Cisco data and Voice for all US and Canada New Center Openings (NCO). Opened over 150 NCO’s. Last year’s average GP per center was 68%.

Responsible for all technical documentation for both the client and field engineers. Developed Installation Design Guide (IDG) for Regus Cisco Installations, Einstein’s Aloha POS Installations and Upgrades, Einstein’s Kitchen Display System (KDS) IDG, Teavana POS Configuration and Installation, and others. Also developed online tools to test and train field engineers.

EZGO-IT, ATLANTA, GA

Principal and Chief Field Engineer August 2009 – December 2011

Provide Field Engineering Services to multiple clients ranging from Small Businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.

Direct up to five field engineers from project inception through delivery. This includes rate negotiation, scheduling, document preparation and delivery, engineering support, and billing and invoicing.

Specialize in first-time deployments for clients which includes vetting the scope of work, writing and providing the Installation and Design Guide (IDG), and training other field engineers to scale the rollout.

Install and Support multiple platforms and technologies including Cisco Data Products, Cisco Call Manager, Microsoft Server 2003/2008, and intermediate network troubleshooting.

Provide Engineering Deployment for Cisco Call Manager for the nation’s largest Office Suite provider.
