Quality Coordinator - Cherne Contracting 4/2016-Present My role is the Quality Coordinator for the Chevron Modernization project in Richmond, California. The project consisted of the construction of a new hydrogen plant at the facility. A few additional items are listed below.

Assisted in schedule one code piping for the project
Assisted in flange and spool inspection and refurbishment for the project

Conducted quality and NDE inspections at the Coronado Generating Station shut down and the Newmont Mining Corporation shutdown.
Preformed LP (liquid penetrant) inspections on various welds inside and out of vessels
Preformed MP (magnetic partial) testing utilizing both visual and florescent to achieve best inspection result. Testing was performed on and in various vessels
Performed UT (ultrasonic testing) on tumbles in Newmont goldmine to look for internal flaws and provide minimum shutdown time.
Provided UTT(ultrasonic thickness testing) on piping to determine if pipes health has decreased significantly
