Quality Coordinator - Cherne Contracting 4/2016-Present My role is the Quality Coordinator for the Chevron Modernization project in Richmond, California. The project consisted of the construction of a new hydrogen plant at the facility. A few additional items are listed below.

Attended Kiewit Quality School

Quality Coordination and scheduling of NDE (Non-Destructive Evaluation) for the project.

Assisted in schedule one code piping for the project

Assisted in flange and spool inspection and refurbishment for the project

Drafted ITP’s (inspection test plans) for the project

Coordinated required NDE inspections on the job site

Facilitated communication between Chevron and Cherne to solve Problems before they occurred

Non-Destructive Testing Technician - Phoenix National Labs 3/2015-5/2015 St. Johns, Arizona/Newmont, Nevada

Conducted quality and NDE inspections at the Coronado Generating Station shut down and the Newmont Mining Corporation shutdown.

Preformed LP (liquid penetrant) inspections on various welds inside and out of vessels

Preformed MP (magnetic partial) testing utilizing both visual and florescent to achieve best inspection result. Testing was performed on and in various vessels

Performed UT (ultrasonic testing) on tumbles in Newmont goldmine to look for internal flaws and provide minimum shutdown time.

Provided UTT(ultrasonic thickness testing) on piping to determine if pipes health has decreased significantly

Worked as part of a team to assure the project was completed on time

Documented clearly the results of inspections, to provide the most accurate report

Worked various shift alternating between nights and days while working 12 hour shifts Nondestructive Testing Assistant - PMNDT (Predictive-Maintenance NDT) 10/2014-3/2016 Hobbs, New Mexico/Paris, Texas/Boston, Massachusetts Conducted inspections at the CAMS Energy Plant on two gas turbines and undergoing a major overhaul, and assisted with inspection of a HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator)
