Senior Project Director, Hudson Bay, Saks 5th Avenue (formally Saks, Inc. and McRaes)

Currently the Saks Oracle ERP Integration Senior Lead representative between IBM and Oracle in the conversion of approximately 60% of all Saks’ Legacy Accounting Accounts Payables and Expense Payables systems to Oracle ERP platform. Responsible for coordinating “workstream” activity among the 3 enterprises using Microsoft Project. The resources managed are located in separate geographic locations i.e. New York, London, Bangalore, India, Phoenix and Detroit. There are close to 50 resources to be tasked, tracked and managed on a daily basis. The total project will be implemented in 5 phases from 2012 thru 2017 at a cost of 128 million.

Have been Senior Project Lead for e-Commerce deployment of Ariba Procurement software system from 2007 thru 2012-2017.

Responsible for the migration of the several e-Commerce applications from on-site architecture to a “cloud based” configuration/deployment

Senior Manager - Aircraft remote site automation, Raytheon Aerospace, Inc.

Was given personal oversight for the procurement, distribution and software installation of over 250 desktop computers for United States Air Force which were deployed and implemented with the latest aircraft maintenance software for maintaining the health and use of aircraft. FBI clearance.

Senior Manager – EDI implementation lead responsible for setting up automated Ordering, Payments and Receipts, McRae’s Retail

Responsible for deploying trading partners via EDI process with McRaes for significant cost savings. The final deliverable replaced 28 data entry positions and was written up in the company newsletter.

Responsible for mapping new acquisitions data structure to covert to Deposit Guaranty (Regions Bank) data scheme for new acquired banks from around the southeast region of the country.
