● Use electronics DAR to update and track/provider information.

● Chart preparation using VDQ and DAR information

● Ability to maintain clerical functions using downtime registration system like DART.

● Phone call and /or letter appointments reminders.

● Participation in redesign as a greeter.

● Participation in Advanced Access Scheduling with proper use of shadow templates.
