NOVARTIS PHARMACEUTICALS, Suffern, New York 1997 - 2015 Production Associates/Packaging Washroom (2009-present) Responsible for cleaning and set up of new parts for micro-testing by Quality lab. Maintain schedule for cleaning of all equipment parts for packaging line and ensure that proper cleaning schedule is met and clean hold time is adhered to. Maintain washroom in clean, orderly fashion, free of trip/slip hazards. Developed new customized racking system (in conjunction with fabrication company) that reduced damages to brushes and significantly extended the life of the brush, as well as reduced amount of floor space required to store them. Relocated supply rack to increase available space, enabling additional supplies needed for line to be stored conveniently in WIP room.

Developed special racking system for filler wheels that increased storage capacity, utilizing smaller footprint, minimized damage to wheels and improved safety of handling.

Introduced system to utilize individualized tubing to house brushes being transported from washroom to drying area and storage area, eliminating contamination and damage.
