Bentley Global Resources- January 2012 to July 2015

As a recruiter for Bentley I recruited Electrical Engineers in H/W, S/W and Systems Engineering. I used old fashion recruiting by keeping in touch every two weeks talking with my engineers building a solid relationship over time. This gave me access to referrals of other engineers that were looking for positions. I built my own database of Electrical Engineers in the Aerospace, Commercial and Military Industry. I also got hiring manager leads for other companies that we did not have at the time. I called my engineers every two weeks or more to check in with them. I would go over positions that they may be interested in. I would interview them and go over their skills. I would check their availability, travel, and rate. I would schedule their interviews and present them with an offer if the client made them one. I would get their start date and send that information over to the client. I would constantly get the candidates updated resume and keep it in the ATS that we used at Bentley. I used CJ Hunter as are only job board to find some candidates. I mainly got referrals from other engineers to build my database. I also checked the engineers to make sure that their Secret or Top Secret Clearances were up to date and current if the client needed the clearance, checking to see when they were last debriefed. I also submitted my own engineers into the client’s portal systems for Rockwell Collins, Parker-Hannifin, GE Aviation and L3 Communications.
