2015 to 13th Jan 2016.
•Currently Working in HCL INFOSYSTEM LTD., as " DATA ENTRY OPERATOR” Since 17th Jan 2016 to till continue .
Responsibilities:-
Sorts and prioritizes complex information for data entry.
Converts information from source documents to formatted screens and disk records using a data entry keyboard terminal.
May train new employees in the operation of keying and verifying on display terminals; explains the function of formatted screens in relation to source documents.
Maintains records of input and output data, performs related clerical duties.
May coordinate the flow of work through the unit to ensure maximum production and adherence to time commitments.
May input information such as Police offense and arrest reports, offense updates and other Police related information into systems such as the Uniform Crime Reporting System.
May input required related data, such as fuel usage, into such systems as the Fleet Maintenance Management System.
May be required to perform such basic computer operations as file transfers and uploads to mainframes and/or other systems.
Performs related work as assigned.
Thorough knowledge of the operation and application of display terminals.
Considerable knowledge of modern data processing practices and procedures.
Knowledge of required departmental information to be entered and associated codes.
Some knowledge of basic computer operations such as file transfers, uploads and downloads.
Skill in the operation of data entry terminals.
Ability to coordinate and maintain data entry production.
Ability to sort and prioritize data from source documents.
Ability to become familiar with complex coding systems to assure accurate data entry.
Ability to train and assist other employees as required.
