I am a very curious person with great facility to live and work with different people. I am a problem solver and I am calm in the most stressful situations. I believe with polite and good sense we can solve any problem and negotiate the best solution or deal.
My professional background include different companies and experiences. My MBA studies in “Business Management”, with a focus in conflict management, labor issues, people management and negotiation, improved my skills.
I have a wide experience in people management, dealing with recruitment, arbitration and mediation. I worked to improve the organizational environment in many organizations, including lectures and negotiation (between companies, employees and Unions).
I have experience with a high volume of recruitment to construction companies, hiring and setting of employees with disability and hiring to sales and office staff.
My experience it was improved with courses in Human Resources and studies in work’s psychology and many years of experience as a lawyer in interrogations in the Court hearings. I believe the interview, the direct contact, is the most important in all process of hiring and a good recruiter needs to mix experience, knowledge and instincts.

I believe in the importance of volunteer service and commitment to the community. For this reason, I have provided volunteer service for many years along with a needy nursing home (Dear Angel Home – Lar Anjo Querido) close to my city. This work includes donations, conversations and all legal service required, including pension issues and licenses.
In addition, I have prepared the necessary advice and documentation before the Court of Justice for the first collective homosexual marriage in my state. This event was conducted by an Non-Profit Organization which I provide voluntary service whenever necessary.
