Worked as a Dallas-Fort Worth Truck Roll (Field) Technician for Clearwire/CLEAR.
Reported to the DFW Operations Manager and worked with other Field Techs to resolve connectivity problems throughout the DFW area.
Responsible for dispatching to the customer’s home to help them resolve any networking problems they’re experiencing (problems, at times, would be hardware/software related).
oGood communication proved essential on a daily basis. Listening was imperative at this point. Dispatching a Truck Roll Tech was the “last chance” to save the customer. At the end of the day, several customers were saved.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
