Hired by Teleservices to do a project for them involving upgrading Cisco equipment and servers. My job was to reconfigure all network equipment and update servers from server 2000 to server 2003 and to migrate all data.

Responsibilities also included all equipment purchasing and inventory maintenance for the company including both desktop and laptop PC’s, and for support of all field personnel.

Developed a new database for the company for use in complying with a contract with the State of Indiana.

Responsible for testing all new software to insure it was compatible with our existing software as well as our network and database infrastructure.

Primary liaison for the Indiana office with the offices in Phoenix and New Mexico and converted the HHMS databases for use by them.

Worked with various software packages and databases while at Lifemark including Access 97, 2000 databases, and SQL 7.0 Databases.

Involved in the upgrade of the servers from NT 4.0 to 2000 and from SQL 7.0 to SQL 2000. We also switched from exchange as our primary E-mail source to Lotus Notes.

Generated login batch scripts for new employees as well as changed the script and modified it for use with server 2000 active directory.

Instrumental in the upgrade of our service from 10 mp to 100 mp.

Responsible for the relocation of the company to a new building. My duties included vendor contact work supervision and testing.

Responsible for the integration of remote offices into the new Citrix Metaframe environment project. Installed the new Citrix domain Controller and the Metaframe 1.8 server. Generated the login scripts for the new Citrix users to allow them to use the full capabilities of both Citrix as well as the new NT2000 server.

Noble was a Novell 5.0 shop but switched the remote sites to Citrix - integrating remote users.

Tier 1 helpdesk support using remedy tracking software for hardware, software, and network issues for approx. 130 users ranging in skill from very heavy power users to those with no computer knowledge at all.

Configured and installed new PC’s and rebuilt older ones for future use. In addition, traveled to the remote sites and instructed users on the software packages being used. Assisted in switching the company over from office 95 to office 2000.
