I’ve been in the Drywall Industries for 40 years, the last 26 years solely in commercial work the last 21 of those have been as Forman, New as well as TI’s such as, Hospitals,New & Remodel, level 5 finishes, State & Government facilities such as,DOJ, Homeland Security, Beal’s Air Force Base, Travis Air Base, and Pearl Harbor, Hickman Field in Hawaii as well as Home Port for Coast Guard Base Alameda Ca, Colleges, and High Schools, Federal Court Houses, New Hi Rises and Renovation of older Building as well. Most the jobs I’ve been on are in Northern California, Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland, San Mateo, Tracy Ca, Antioch Ca, and Vacaville Ca

Qualifications
Ordering materials, scheduling start& finish schedules with project manager. In charge of hiring personal for jobs as needed, maintaining a tight work schedule, I’m OSHA 30 Certified, CPR and first aid and qualified on AED Device to maintain a safe work Environment, to achieve maxim work production and maintain a high guilty finish product in the end. Also certified in Lead Base Paint and Also certified on Genie Booms / Mec Scissors Lifts a Certified Estimator. I’ve also held Security Clearances on different level’s depending on the job location within the faculties in which work was being performed in from low to very high
