To prepare daily production report, Productivity Report, shift-process wise report.

Monitoring hourly production & reporting the day Production to Production Head & AGM

Developing process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

Developing new process concepts for production optimization, improvement and developing guidelines for sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.

Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.

Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

Preparing the drawing and Bill of Materials according to customer requirement.

Maintenance of machines like High speed corrugators, hose jointing machine, Braiding machines (36 carriers), hose closing machines.
