Received “STAR award” from management committee for right time escalation to avoid the production lots scrap from a bad conditional tool during the year 2015.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Equipment Technician:

Being the EQUIPMENT TECH, I can maintain the efficiency and productivity of closely following the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).

DSP: Double side polishing 300mm wafer.

ENP: Edge notch polishing 300mm wafer.

To meet customer (manufacturing) satisfaction by maintaining the production line and make sure that all the production lots are running effectively to meet the desired output.

Recommending and amending improvements to the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) of the production unit.

Meet machine uptime through efficient and quick troubleshooting if the machine is down and finishing PM maintenance activities on time.

Response to challenges on daily basis for the maintenance and recovery of Top priority tools, subject to changes on daily basis.

Zero excursions due to human error. Strictly follow clean room protocol, Safety, 6S and housekeeping.

Set-up an effective management of parts, tools and project management (PM) materials to prevent wrong usage and shortage of materials.

Fully comply on Statistical process control (SPC) charts. And closely work with process team to monitor and analyses the tool performance if there is any (SPC) issues on the tool.

Ensure all regulatory obligations relating to carrying out operational duties are completed in consultation with the environmental manager as required by the relevant certificate, regulation or permit.

Ensure housekeeping, productivity and quality of work standards are maintained, most especially within the mechanical maintenance department.

Responsible for the reliability cum maintenance of all plant equipment’s.

Maintenance Engineer:

Has been one of the maintenance Supervisor in the Chennai health India laboratories Project, which included design and maintenance of the equipment and functioning of the electronic machineries.

Maintain the 6S, RHOS, HACCP in Our Shop Floor
