Years later, once my parents retired I went to work for a local used car dealership and spent over a decade learning the in and outs of true customer service and salesmanship. I managed up to 50 people in a variety of departments including salespeople, human resources, payroll, and service departments. I love a challenge and have been responsible for helping my former employer gross $93,000 in one month selling a record 32 cars.
