Description:

1. The EDI system allows the user to setup an EDI/Non-EDI customer. The customer can be linked and/or mapped with other customers per the need. The user can choose to use existing standard templates or to create custom report templates. The user can also create multiple templates but only one template will be active for a given customer at any point of the time.

2. The EDI Batch application is used to send invoices details to customers, Invoice details can be sent in multiple formats like PDF/XLS/CSV/XML etc. and at different duration (Exchange Frequency) like As Invoice, Weekly (Can be any weekday), Monthly etc. Data to EDI Master Tables are loaded from CBOS through ETL and IP (AS400) Programs. Responsibilities:

ü Involved in requirement gathering and clarifying requirements ü Preparing analysis, design and testing documents of the application ü Involved in Coding and testing
