EXPERIENCE

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service-Office Manager/Tax Preparer (Jan 2010-2016) Oversee all tax preparations done in office, responsible for all employee schedules and payroll, daily deposits to bank, as well as various receptions, customer service and administrative duties. Tax form preparation of all types: including individual, business, Federal and State.

Southside Regional Medical Center- Phlebotomist (July 2010-Jan 2011) I was in charge of daily routine blood draws on patients. Could be up to 50 or more patients a day, also maintaining stock for the office and documenting.

QDX PathAlliance- Phlebotomist (April 2012- October 2012) I managed the office. Responsibilities included running the entire office as well as all daily blood draws on patients.

Capital One- Call Supervisor (October 2012-September 2014) Managed escalated inbound collections calls. Perform aacount level research. Overcome objections with customers about making payments toward their account and help them to understand their account and responsibilities. Responsibilities have been varied and include: Time keeping, scheduling, customer service, reception, cash office balancing, correspondences, marketing and all office equipment utilization. Medical responsibilties have been in the phlebotomy field. Maintaining specimens-labeling, bagging and tranporting. Responsible for patient blood draws, (all types of test). In the most recent role I was responsible for all typpes of research as well as insuring the privacy and satisfaction of customers and resolving their issues to get them back on track. Helping with department and team building,such as morale committees and assisting with up and coming events.
