Led and supervised a team of Scientist working on the development of next generation of self-suspending proppants. Involved in Kitchen aid processing of coated sand, optimization of formulations, testing of products (Loss on ignition, crush test, unconfined compressible strength, column flotation test and conductivity data analysis), pilot scale-up and subsequent commercialization of product. I was also involved in the trouble shooting of manufacturing problems, product technical support and development of new methods for product testing.
Successfully developed the next generation of self-suspending proppants.
